Wednesday, 12:00 PM - Meditation & Deeksha
Begin with a quiet, personal meditation. Then swap some power deeksha (or just receive, if you prefer.) End with a short Gong Integration, and get back to the office on time. We'll begin at 10 minutes after noon, and end at 12:50 to accommodate those who work or go to school. Short and very, very sweet.
